I am a mobile reflexologist based in Livingston, West Lothian. I practice from home but available for home visits throughout the surrounding areas. I qualified with distinction from The Complementary Therapy School with a Practitioners Diploma in Reflexology, the highest qualification available in the UK.

I am a Member of the Association of Reflexologist’s (MAR, Member of the Association of Reflexologists) ensuring I have been trained to a professional standard and governed by strict code of practice and ethics. The Association of Reflexologist’s holds my Reflexologist Registration and it is available to be viewed at www.aor.org.uk

I became interested in Reflexology after attending a course of treatments. I found it to have an overwhelming effect on my stress levels and found each treatment extremely relaxing. I have always had an interest in complementary therapy and felt I had found the one for me. I discovered that I could train to be a reflexologist and help other people like my reflexologist helped me.

I have a background in dance and through this career it enabled me to have a good understanding and awareness of the human body, which enhances my reflexology treatments. I am also a busy working mum so understand the stresses life can throw at you on a daily basis and the importance of some relaxation time.
